Sketchup - Simple Scaffold creation tecnique

This tutorial Is only illustrating the process, so I am not being particularly accurate. Also, I negate to add diagonal braces, ladders etc. as it would have increased the overall modelling time initially, so forgive me on that front =)
1) This tutorial will illustrate the quickest manner in which you can create a scaffold layout for a proposed design to illustrate to a client. To start, you need to model the individual elements separately, then group them where appropriate.
2) Once you have the individual elements modelled and grouped, attach them to one another, and create components out of each stage of scaffold which your layout will require.
3) Next, stack your stages to the required height of your design, and create one single component out of the respective stages thereafter.
4) Now, its necessary to start laying out your scaffolding around your design. Copy your complete section of scaffold by selecting the "move" tool, and pressing "CTRL" to copy the component, and set it in the desired location.
5) Next, copy your component to the end of itself like shown. Then, in order to multiply the number of scaffolding sections to be copied, I typed "6x", which then made a total of 6 copies in a row, as shown.
6) To save time, Select the entire row of scaffold (pressing CTRL or Command on mac to select multiple objects), then copy the entire row to the opposite side of the structure, as shown.
7) Copy and Rotate one Section of Scaffold and Repeat the process for the other two building faces. (When rotating, hold shift to keep the rotate tool on the appropriate axis)
8) Now that the scaffold encircles the structure completely, it is time to add in the safety mesh. The quickest method is to draw the shape of the mesh with the rectangle tool, then using the paint bucket tool, select a mesh material, as shown.
9) Do this for every opening side of the workable areas of the scaffold, as shown.
10) (Note : due to the cylindrical nature of the elements it is difficult to find planar reference points when using the rectangle, so try to include square/ flat elements in the corners of the scaffold stages to allow for easier and more accurate mesh creation.)
11) Now you should have an accurate final layout of your scaffold requirements. The next tutorial will illustrate how to create a construction sequence animation of this project, showing the relationship between the scaffold and the building.
